About the Role
We’re seeking a **motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales Representative** to help customers protect what matters most. You will build relationships, assess clients’ needs, and sell insurance products while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking with people, explaining coverage options clearly, and consistently working toward sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new and existing customers through calls, in-person visits, and referrals
- Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products (life, auto, home, health, etc.)
- Explain coverage options, pricing, and policy details in a clear and professional manner
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build rapport with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (notes, quotes, applications, follow-ups)
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and customer outcomes
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting requirements, and compliance policies
- Convert leads and follow up promptly to ensure a smooth customer experience


Qualifications
- **Fluency in English and Spanish (required)**—excellent verbal communication skills
- Prior sales experience preferred (insurance, banking, retail sales, or customer service is a plus)
- Strong listening skills and ability to explain complex information simply
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with commission-based income
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service attitude
- Reliable transportation (if role requires in-person meetings)
- Ability to pass background checks and meet licensing/eligibility requirements

Compensation $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
